At The Carpet Standard, your trust matters. This page explains how we collect and use your information, and the terms that apply when you book with us.
When you book a cleaning or contact us, we may collect:
We use your information to provide services, follow up on cleanings, and make your experience smooth. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Your information is stored securely and only used for what it’s needed for—cleaning your carpets, not cluttering your inbox.
We use trusted tools like Formspree for form submissions. These tools follow their own privacy and security policies.
If you want your info deleted or updated, just email us. We’ll take care of it quickly.
Our pricing is flat-rate for standard units (based on bedroom count). If a unit is larger than typical or has unique cleaning needs, we’ll communicate any pricing changes before service.
It is your responsibility to ensure we have access to the unit on the day of service.
Payment is due within 14 days of service completion (Net 14) unless other arrangements are made in advance. Invoices not paid within this window may incur a late fee. We accept all major cards, checks, and electronic payments.
The Carpet Standard is fully insured. However, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (like delays caused by building access, extreme weather, or incorrect information provided).
We may update these policies and terms occasionally. Continued use of our service means you accept the updated terms.
